We have over twenty years of design and construction experience in the film and television industry, working under tight deadlines and budgets. This knowledge and years of 'real' world design experience has helped us to create a company with a very broad range of skills. ModMod offers a full range of services for your construction project, from design input to project management. Our staff, the sub-trades and tradesmen have all been chosen for their ability to provide a superior product. We know how stressful your building project can be... it is our goal to make it as pain free and enjoyable as possible, and that the final product is one that you will enjoy and be proud of for years to come.

What does MODMOD |INTERIOR MODERN DESIGN do?
We want your project to be successful. Ultimately, that means it fits not only your budget but meets (and hopefully exceeds) your design expectations. It all starts when you give us a call and set up an appointment. It will take about an hour. We start  by spending time in your home, getting to know your style and feel of your house. We look at the research and photos that you have selected as a design direction (don't worry, if you don't think you have any style, we will help you find one you like!). And we look at your budget, then, discuss how we could make it work.

Plans are drawn, estimates made, permits taken, construction... bang bang, pour, paint, finish, decorate..... enjoy
